As an Assistant Manager/Senior Executive, Partners Development and Account Management, you will be part of a team that is working to build an integrated and resilient care ecosystem that enables and empowers seniors to age in place. You will support the team in (i) fostering strong relationship with identified partners, (ii) operationalising projects and initiatives, and (iii) organising and running events that will help promote collaboration and partnerships amongst different stakeholders.
- Implement, monitor and review enablers that will enable building of strong collaboration and partnerships in the community care sector. This includes planning and organising engagement sessions, cross sharing and learnings platforms with providers.
- Gather and collate information on Funders’ and Corporate Partners’ priorities, needs and focus.
- Support the team in creating and rolling out communication and engagement platforms to help Funders and Corporate Partners understand and support MOH’s/AIC’s vision and priorities in supporting our seniors to live well and age purposefully.
- Work collaboratively across AIC’s divisions to support the conceptualisation and development of complementary initiatives.
- Programme manage partners funded programmes including implementation, evaluation and sharing of learnings for completed projects.
- Support the organisation of stakeholder engagement events, including coordinating logistics, stakeholder communications and post-event follow-up to ensure successful event outcomes.
- Maintain Account Management enablers and resources, as well as to plan and organise sharing and learning platforms for Account Managers.
Job Requirements
- Recognised degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of work experience.
- Able to engage and work well with groups from diverse backgrounds.
- Able to multi-task and possess strong administrative skills.
- Demonstrate strong communications skills and attention to details.
- A self-starter with a sense of curiosity and strong learning agility.
- Resilient, agile and adaptable individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.
- A good team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Relevant experience in community development and multi-agency work/healthcare industry will be an added advantage.
