EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Military/Police, Engineering, or Applied Sciences; or a Diploma with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the security function or equivalent.
ROLE \& RESPONSIBILITY
- Develop and control inspection programs for facilities handling sensitive materials to ensure proper protection and compliance with security standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of security practices by recommending appropriate control requirements, procedures, and facilities in line with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain a security intelligence network to enhance countermeasures and proactively address potential threats.
- Analyze and report daily activities and irregularities such as equipment damage, theft, unauthorized access, or unusual occurrences to improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with relevant company units to ensure business continuity at an acceptable level of risk.
- Liaise with Group Security to strengthen intelligence network efficiency and ensure alignment of security operations.
- Establish, implement, and control the company’s crime prevention program to protect assets and reduce risks.
- Prepare contract specifications, performance standards, and operational instructions for guard services to support effective operations.
- Provide guidance and oversee security incident investigations to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
EXPERIENCE
- Working experience in petroleum or petrochemical industries with inherent high-risk environments.
- Possess professional security management skills, expertise, and experience at a senior level in government or private sectors.
- Knowledge of related civil and criminal legislation is desirable.
