Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and creative individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager, Membership Rewards. As a global organization, we are committed to delivering exceptional value and experiences to our Cardmembers (CMs) while continuously strengthening customer loyalty and engagement.

In this role, you will leverage internal platforms, data insights, and cross-functional collaboration to design and execute effective loyalty and reward redemption initiatives. You will play a key role in enhancing Cardmember engagement, driving incremental spend, and reinforcing long-term loyalty through targeted reward programs and campaigns.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, project management capabilities, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, loyalty programs, CRM, or related fields (experience in card, financial services, or premium/luxury industries is a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data-driven marketing, segmentation, and campaign performance tracking.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end marketing or loyalty campaigns.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
  • Strong project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A strategic mindset, with solid business and financial acumen.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong team player.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
