Responsible for strategizing and localizing Dulcolax global brand strategy for Indonesia and Philippines. The role ensures that global direction is translated into strong, relevant, and insight‑driven plans that drive growth, strengthen brand equity, and deliver effective go‑to‑market execution.

This role manages brand performance, campaign development, innovation rollout, and cross‑functional coordination for both countries. Working closely with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and agency partners.

Job Purpose

Support the Brand Manager in driving growth of Dulcolax and Allegra in Korea through execution of integrated marketing campaigns, strong consumer insight development, and cross-functional collaboration. This role focuses on end-to-end brand activation, media execution, and performance tracking, while contributing to local market strategy aligned with regional/global direction.

Key Accountabilities

1) Marketing Execution

  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, media, PR, activation)
  • Manage agencies and ensure timely delivery of assets
  • Support media planning and performance tracking

2) Performance & Insights

  • Track brand performance (sales, market share, media KPI)
  • Work with CMI to translate insights into actionable plans
  • Monitor competition and propose optimization actions
  • Comfortable working with data to derive insights and support decision making

3) Cross-functional Coordination

  • Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Medical, RA, SCM
  • Support new product launch and key projects execution
  • Ensure alignment with regional/global guidance

4) Digital / Media

  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing and media KPI management (e.g. VTR, CPV, ROI)

Support key business priorities including Rx-to-OTC consumer conversion, seasonal campaign execution, and competitive defense in core categories.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: University degree or above (major in business or marketing related subject is desirable)

Experience & Knowledge:

  • Require 3 years of experience in FMCG/Healthcare marketing within a renowned multinational company
  • Experience of a new product launch
  • Brand/Product management experience in healthcare will be a plus
  • Project management experience with regional and international HQ is a plus
  • Experience of managing external agencies
