Architect / Interior Designer

Job Opportunity – Architect / Interior Designer

We are looking for a motivated Architect / Interior Designer to join our team in Manama.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• 2–6 years of professional experience
• Experience in design development
• Ability to prepare architectural/interior drawings and technical details
• Experience in fit-out and construction projects is preferred
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and related design software
• Strong coordination and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Support design development and presentation preparation
• Develop and update Revit models based on architectural, interior, structural and MEP design information.
• Prepare drawings and technical details
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, architects, interior designers, engineers, and BIM team members to resolve design coordination issues, clashes, and model conflicts.
• Assist in resolving design and execution-related issues
• Maintain model quality, naming conventions, view templates, sheets and drawing organization.
