Safeway Interior \& Fitout is looking for a talented, confident, and creative Female Interior Designer to join our growing team. This role combines interior design expertise with client-facing sales responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who is passionate about design, enjoys interacting with clients, and can represent the company professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to understand their design requirements and project objectives.
- Develop creative interior design concepts, mood boards, space plans, and presentations.
- Prepare design proposals, quotations, and project presentations.
- Conduct site visits and take measurements when required.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors, and the execution team throughout the project lifecycle.
- Present design solutions confidently and professionally to prospective and existing clients.
- Assist in generating new business opportunities and converting inquiries into projects.
- Ensure projects meet client expectations, budgets, and timelines.
- Stay updated with current interior design trends, materials, and industry developments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of UAE experience in Interior Design and Fit-Out projects.
- Strong architectural and interior design knowledge.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong English speaking and writing proficiency.
- Professional appearance and the ability to represent the company confidently.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to build relationships and close deals.
- Strong presentation and client management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.What We're Looking For
