Architect Fit-out

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial fit-out projects (offices, retail showrooms, cafés, restaurants mainly inside malls) from award through final handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle and oversee daily site progress.
• Coordinate with mall operators and handle Tenant Design Manual (TDM) requirements, permits, and approvals.
• Manage and supervise subcontractors (MEP, civil, joinery, glazing, signage).
• Prepare and review BOQ, cost estimates, budgets, and payment applications.
• Build and track project schedules (Gantt) and manage dependencies.
• Use project-management software (JobTread or similar preferred).
• Enforce quality control and site safety (HSE).
• Manage procurement, materials, and delivery scheduling.
• Lead client communication, handover, and snagging.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in commercial fit-out / interior projects in the Saudi market.
• Knowledge of in-mall fit-out procedures and mall operator requirements.
• Proficiency in BOQ and pricing.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Valid driving license; transferable Iqama (for non-Saudis).

Preferred: PMP, AutoCAD, MS Project, and F\&B/retail experience.

Pay: ﷼7,000.00 - ﷼15,000.00 per month
