​An established home healthcare company in Riyadh is seeking a highly qualified and compassionate professional for the position of:

​Female Registered Nurse – Home Healthcare

​Job Summary

To provide safe, comprehensive, and high-quality home nursing care in alignment with individualized medical treatment plans, ensuring patient safety and promoting overall health and well-being.

​Key Responsibilities

​Direct Patient Care: Deliver holistic nursing care, administer prescribed medications/treatments, and monitor patient responses.

​Health Assessment: Assess patient health status, measure vital signs regularly, and promptly report any changes in condition.

​Documentation \& Compliance: Accurately document all nursing procedures in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems while maintaining strict infection control and safety standards.

​Patient \& Family Education: Educate patients and their families regarding healthcare plans, medical conditions, and home care protocols.

​Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate closely with physicians and the healthcare team to optimize care quality and participate in ongoing professional development programs.

​Required Qualifications \& Experience

​Gender: Female.

​Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN).

​Professional Registration: Active SCFHS classification and registration (Saudi Commission for Health Specialties).

​Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional nursing experience within the Saudi healthcare market (Home healthcare or critical care background preferred).

​Certifications: Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.

​Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer usage and EMR/EHR systems.

​Strict adherence to professional ethics and patient confidentiality under pressure.
