About the Role

As an Accountant, you'll oversee the college's financial operations, maintain accurate accounting records, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with statutory and financial regulations.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and maintain full set of accounts.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and management reports.
• Process payroll and statutory payments (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
• Monitor budgets, expenses and cash flow.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with accounting standards.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and government authorities when required.

Must-have

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of accounting experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SQL, AutoCount or equivalent).
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Nice-to-have

• Experience in the education or TVET sector.
• Knowledge of SST, payroll and statutory compliance.
• Familiarity with ePerolehan or government-related financial procedures is an advantage.

• Full-time: RM 1,800–3,500 / month (experience-based), or
• Contract: Industry standard (negotiable)
