AI & Process Automation Intern

Commercial Process Automation \& AI Intern \| Commercial Operations \| Based in Barcelona

You'll help build the AI and automation layer of our Commercial Operations team. We have a roadmap of AI-powered tools and process automations designed to make our Sales, BDR and MI teams faster and more effective, and you'll be the person who supports building the prototypes, tests, and ships them.

If you like taking tools apart, wiring systems together, and seeing your work used by real Sales and BDR teams, this role is for you. You will work hands-on with both AI tools and our commercial tools (CRM, sales platforms, internal systems), building AI layers and process automations on top of them.

What you will work on

• Supporting the team on the automation backlog and shipping new workflows by leveraging available tools, built on top of our CRM.
• Running pilots of internal AI agents, from setup and pilot testing to rollout, feedback collection, content updates, and integration into the tools the team already uses
• Support in prototyping AI-powered onboarding tools for new hires, supporting scoping, building, and piloting
• Building and maintaining documentation across every workflow and automation, which becomes the foundation for training and scaling our internal AI Agents
• Partnering with stakeholders across BDRs, Sales, Marketing, Commercial Ops, Business Intelligence, and Product to ship workflows that actually get adopted

The setup

You will be based in our Barcelona office, working within the Commercial Operations team. You will have real ownership of the projects you take on, with direct mentorship from the team manager and visibility into how AI gets prioritised, scoped, and shipped at a scaling fintech.

Who you are

You are technically curious. You build things, take tools apart, and iterate fast. You want to understand commercial processes and the B2B SaaS sales funnel, because the best automations come from understanding the workflow you are replacing. You write clearly, because most of the value of this role lives in clean documentation and stakeholder updates.

You do not need to arrive as an expert. You do need to be someone who moves fast, takes ownership, and learns by doing.

Concretely:

• Background in Business, Sales, Fintech, Economics, International Business, or a related field
• Familiar with at least one large language model for prompting, agent workflows, or hands-on building (preferred, not mandatory; training available)
• Comfortable in a CRM with reports and basic admin, or willing to get there quickly (training provided)
• Fluent in English; any additional language is a plus
• Currently enrolled at a university or institution that can sign a 6-month internship agreement on your behalf
