HR \& Admin Internship

Requirements

- Candidate must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human - Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or related studies.

- Final-year Degree students are encouraged to apply.

- Candidates must be available for a minimum internship period of 6 months.

- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).

- Good interpersonal and communication skills.

- Responsible, proactive, organized, and willing to learn.

- Able to multitask and work independently with minimum supervision.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Immediate availability is an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

Human Resources

- Support onboarding and orientation for new employees.

- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and filing systems.

- Assist in attendance verification, leave administration, and HR reports.

- Support employee engagement initiatives, staff welfare activities, and HR projects.

- Perform other HR-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Administrative

- Assist in coordinating Staff Meetings, Management Meetings, company events, team-building activities, and internal functions.

- Support office administration and document management.

- Assist in arranging flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and travel itineraries for management and staff when required.

- Assist in coordinating company assets, office facilities, and general administrative matters.

- Assist in liaising with external parties and supporting day-to-day administrative operations.

- Perform any other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.
