At Aihome, we sell the future of smart living. We do not need a traditional content creator who spends a week making one "perfect" video while a trend dies. We are looking for a hyper-efficient, tech-obsessed AI Content Creator who combines fundamental creative skills with the explosive speed of generative AI tools. If you don't know how to prompt for scripts, generate realistic visuals, and use AI to multiply your creative output by 10x, do not apply.
THE MANDATE: You are a one-person, AI-powered media agency. Your job is to flood our marketing channels with a massive volume of high-quality, trend-jacking videos, graphics, and copy that force viewers to stop scrolling and start buying our smart home tech.
WHAT YOU MUST DELIVER (The Roles):
- Rapid Prompting \& Ideation: You use text AI (ChatGPT/Claude) to instantly generate dozens of high-converting product hooks, video scripts, and social copy tailored to Aihome’s brand voice.
- AI Video Production (TikTok/Reels): You merge raw footage with AI video tools (Runway, Sora, CapCut AI) to generate effects, futuristic b-roll, text-to-video content, and seamless generative edits that are impossible to create manually.
- AI Visual Generation: You do not rely on expensive photoshoots. You master image AI (Midjourney, DALL-E, or Photoshop Firefly) to create hyper-realistic product mockups, futuristic lifestyle settings, and engaging ad creatives for new product launches.
- AI Voiceovers \& Enhancement: You never use robotic text-to-speech. You leverage advanced AI voice tools (ElevenLabs) to create realistic, engaging narration that matches the speed and tone of the video content.
- Platform Mastery: You are a social native. You optimize every piece of content you produce (script, visual style, thumbnail) specifically for high engagement on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
NON-NEGOTIABLES (Who You Are):
- AI-Native Workflow: You actively pay for and use multiple Generative AI tools in your daily creative process. You are obsessed with finding the newest AI software to make your content creation faster and better.
- Creative Hustler: You are not just a prompt button-pusher. You understand consumer psychology, lighting, composition, and what makes content go viral. You use AI as a weapon to execute your creative vision at lightning speed.
- Volume \& Speed: You understand that in digital marketing, volume wins. You prefer to publish 5 great videos and test them immediately rather than spending weeks on 1 "perfect" masterpiece.
- Language: Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. (Mandarin is a strong advantage for localized TikTok content).
REQUIRED SKILLS \& TOOLS (You must prove mastery in at least 3 categories):
- Image AI: Midjourney, DALL-E 3, Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion.
- Video AI \& Editing: CapCut (AI features), Runway Gen-2, Pika, HeyGen, Final Cut/Premiere.
- Text/Scripting AI: ChatGPT Plus (GPT-4), Claude 3 Opus/Sonnet.
- Audio/Voice: ElevenLabs.
HOW YOU WIN (Your KPIs):
- Output Volume: How many high-quality, high-retention video and image assets (scripts, videos, graphics) you can produce per week.
- Content Engagement: We track the organic views, watch time, and shareability of your specific creatives.
- Conversion Rate: How much actual website traffic or store footfall your specific content generated.
