About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to drive Agile transformation across teams and departments. The ideal candidate will coach leaders, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams to improve Agile maturity, delivery effectiveness, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This role requires a strong understanding of Agile frameworks, organizational change management, and leadership coaching.
Key Responsibilities* Coach and mentor teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leaders on Agile principles and practices. * Drive Agile adoption and continuous improvement across multiple teams. * Facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, and retrospectives. * Identify and remove organizational and team-level impediments. * Support teams in improving planning, delivery, collaboration, and predictability. * Partner with leadership to align Agile practices with business objectives. * Assess Agile maturity and recommend improvement initiatives. * Develop and deliver Agile training and coaching programs. * Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous learning. * Track Agile metrics and use data to drive process improvements.
