Aesthetic Sales Call Center Representative

Responsibilities:

* Engage with leads generated through various marketing channels via phone.

* Effectively communicate the benefits of our aesthetic services to potential clients.

* Close sales by addressing inquiries and overcoming objections.

* Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions in our CRM system.

Qualifications

*Experience:*

*Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the aesthetics, medical, or beauty industry. Previous experience working in an aesthetic clinic is mandatory.

*Skills:*

* Strong understanding of aesthetic services and trends.

* Excellent phone communication skills with a persuasive tone.

* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

* Strong objection-handling and closing skills.

* Experience using CRM systems to manage leads, follow-ups, and sales conversions.

Salary

AED 3,500–5,000 + commission per month (depending on experience)
