As our clinic continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced, results-driven leader to take ownership of the growth and performance of our aesthetic department.

This is not a traditional aesthetician position. We are looking for an exceptional sales professional who enjoys consultations, building treatment plans, coaching others, and driving measurable business growth.

Position Overview

As the Aesthetic Sales & Growth Manager, you will own the consultation process and lead the commercial success of the aesthetic department.

You will serve as the clinic's primary aesthetic consultant while coaching and leading the aesthetic team to improve consultation performance, patient experience, and revenue growth.

Success in this role is measured by one objective above all else:

Growing the aesthetic department through exceptional consultations, strong leadership, operational excellence, and measurable sales performance.

You will work closely with the physician owner to execute the clinic's vision while taking ownership of execution, team performance, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership

Serve as the clinic's primary aesthetic consultant and lead salesperson.

Own the consultation process from initial inquiry through consultation, treatment planning, patient follow-up, conversion, and long-term retention.

Conduct comprehensive consultations and develop individualized treatment plans.

Convert consultations into treatment plans, memberships, treatment packages, and skincare recommendations.

Achieve and maintain consultation conversion targets.

Proactively follow up with prospective patients.

Assign and oversee patient follow-up activities within the aesthetic team.

Drive package, membership, skincare, and treatment sales.

Identify opportunities for upselling and long-term patient retention.

Continuously improve consultation performance using measurable KPIs.

Leadership & Team Performance

Lead, mentor, and supervise the aesthetic team.

Conduct weekly performance meetings.

Review KPIs with the team and develop action plans to improve results.

Coach aestheticians to improve consultation quality, communication, confidence, and conversion rates.

Ensure consultations, follow-ups, and patient communication are completed consistently.

Hold team members accountable to clinic standards, workflows, efficiency and expectations.

Support hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development.

Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, execution, and continuous improvement.

Clinic Operations

Oversee the day-to-day operation of the aesthetic department.

Ensure smooth patient flow and operational efficiency.

Optimize scheduling and workflow to maximize productivity.

Ensure treatments are delivered according to clinic protocols.

Assist with front desk duties and patient coordination when required.

Support fellow aestheticians during busy clinic periods to maximize efficiency and patient experience.

Identify operational improvements that support revenue growth and an exceptional patient experience.

Marketing & Content

Ensure capture of high-quality before-and-after photography.

Coordinate treatment photography and videography for social media.

Identify patient success stories and educational opportunities for content creation.

Collaborate with the marketing team.

Represent the clinic professionally in educational and promotional content.

Key Performance Indicators

Success in this role will be measured using objective performance metrics, including:

Consultation conversion rate (target: 60–80%)

Monthly aesthetic department revenue targets

Patient retention and rebooking

Follow-up completion

Google review generation

Team consultation performance

Operational efficiency

Reduction of operational burden on the physician owner

The successful candidate will be expected to monitor these metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, develop action plans, and coach the team toward consistently achieving and exceeding clinic targets.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years' experience in medical aesthetics.

Demonstrated success in consultation-based selling.

Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Excellent communication and coaching skills.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Experience using KPIs to improve business performance.

Experience coordinating marketing initiatives and evaluating return on investment is an asset.

Compensation

$20-30/hour, depending on experience.

Performance-based commission structure.

Ongoing compensation reviews with opportunities for base wage increases based on leadership, clinic performance, and business growth.
