As a Team Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day to day operations of our Mental Health \& Addiction Services. This is a varied and fast paced position where youll provide high quality administrative and reception support, ensuring patients, whānau, clinicians and stakeholders are supported in a professional and welcoming environment.
From managing referrals and maintaining patient records to coordinating appointments, Typing clinical letters, handling enquiries, and supporting clinical teams, your work will help ensure services run smoothly and efficiently. Youll also contribute to accurate data management, support quality improvement initiatives, and provide reliable administrative support that directly underpins the delivery of safe, timely, and person centred care.

About the Team/Service/ Location
Youll be part of the Mental Health \& Addiction Services administration team based at Hawkes Bay Fallen Soldiers Memorial Hospital. This is a collaborative and supportive environment where administration staff play an essential role in enabling clinical teams to deliver highquality care.
