Job Title: Administrator – Inventory \& Operations Location: UAE Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrator to oversee and manage inventory operations across our locations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, accurate, and confident working across multiple systems with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across all locations
  • Conduct regular stock counts, audits, and reconciliations
  • Record and update all stock movements — incoming, outgoing, and transfers — on Odoo
  • Identify and flag discrepancies, shortages, or overstock situations promptly
  • Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and operations teams for timely replenishment
  • Prepare and maintain inventory reports, trackers, and summaries using Microsoft Excel
  • Ensure all inventory data is up to date and accurately reflected in the system at all times
  • Assist in documentation, purchase orders, and delivery coordination
  • Support month-end stock closing and reporting requirements

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative or inventory role
  • Hands-on experience with Odoo — particularly inventory or stock management modules
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data formatting)
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Good written and verbal communication in English
  • Ability to multitask across locations and work independently

Preferred

  • Prior experience in F\&B, retail, trading, or warehouse environments
  • Familiarity with purchase orders, GRNs, and stock reconciliation processes

Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
