Job Description

Job Summary:

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing and executing high-volume daily logistics operations for our customer, ensuring that inbound and outbound orders are processed accurately, delivered on time, and recorded properly. The role requires strict adherence to daily cut-offs, strong coordination with customers, transporters, and internal teams, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily High-Volume Operations:

  • Handle daily outbound order processing for 60–200 orders per day, ensuring all orders are completed accurately and on time.
  • Meet the daily order cut-off at 15:30 and prepare pick lists for the next-day delivery.
  • Send daily delivery summaries to the transport team to facilitate next-day delivery planning.
  • Track and update order statuses, including cancellations, failed deliveries, and returned RMAs in trackers.

2. Customer \& Transporter Coordination:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries via Teams and email, including Customer Service (Station in Philippines \& Malaysia), warehouse, and supply chain teams.
  • Liaise with transporters regarding queries, including point-of-contact availability and contact numbers.
  • Coordinate with internal operations teams to pass down pick lists, delivery summaries, and operational updates promptly.

3. Inbound \& Outbound Order Processing:

  • Process outbound orders in the in-house WMS and customer SAP system accurately.
  • Process inbound orders in the in-house WMS and maintain accurate inbound trackers.
  • Prepare and manage pick lists, delivery schedules, and inventory movement records daily.

4. Inventory \& Stock Management:

  • Support and conduct cycle counts and stock-taking activities to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Check warehouse stock levels and ensure discrepancies are reported and resolved promptly.
  • Update inventory systems and trackers with adjustments, stock movements, and returns.

5. Ad-hoc Administrative Support:

  • File and maintain logistics documentation for audit and operational reference.
  • Scan and upload Proof of Delivery (POD) into the customer shared drive accurately and timely.
  • Assist with other operational or administrative tasks as needed to support the team.

6. Reporting \& Documentation:

  • Maintain up-to-date records of all logistics activities.
  • Generate daily, weekly, or ad-hoc reports for management and customer reference.
  • Ensure all WMS, SAP, and tracker systems reflect current order and inventory statuses.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics coordination or supply chain operations, preferably in high-volume operations.
  • Experience with WMS and SAP systems is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle strict daily cut-offs and large order volumes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with customers, transporters, and internal teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and collaboration tools (Teams, email).

Working Hours:

  • Mon-Fri ( 830am to 6pm) , if required overtime, the temp staff needs to support.

Pay: $1,500.00 - $1,700.00 per month
