We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional with a strong foundation in commerce and accounting. The ideal candidate should have experience in financial data analysis, be proficient in modern AI-powered productivity tools, and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial and accounting data to generate meaningful business insights.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, reconciliations, and MIS reports.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
- Utilize AI tools and data analytics platforms to improve reporting efficiency and decision-making.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities through data analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support finance and business operations.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality of financial information.
- Assist in process improvements and automation initiatives within the finance function.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or financial analysis.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred).
- Familiarity with AI tools.
- Knowledge of ERP/accounting software is an added advantage.
