Technical System Analyst
Job Description

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly technical System Analyst with a strong background in AI/Machine Learning integrations and enterprise system architecture. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and cutting-edge technical execution. You will play a critical role in analyzing data workflows, designing system integrations, and collaborating with our engineering team to deliver scalable, AI-driven digital solutions that transform customer engagement, automate digital operations, and optimize financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
1. Requirements Engineering: Collaborate with stakeholders across product, operations, and engineering to gather business requirements and translate them into deeply detailed technical specifications, APIs schemas, data models, and functional workflows.
2. AI \& Automation Integration: Identify opportunities to embed AI/ML models, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation into existing core workflows to drive operational efficiency and advanced customer insights.
3. System \& Data Analysis: Perform deep-dive data and system analysis. Map end-to-end data pipelines, system dependencies, and integration touchpoints between internal platforms and external financial/enterprise systems.
4. Technical Documentation: Document and maintain comprehensive functional/nonfunctional requirements, technical process flows, sequence diagrams, use cases, and technical user stories.
5. Engineering \& Architecture Liaison: Work hand-in-hand with software engineers, data engineers, and AI specialists to ensure solution designs are technically feasible, scalable, and secure.
6. Agile Delivery Support: Actively participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and technical validation, ensuring clear alignment on acceptance criteria.
7. Testing \& Validation: Define technical parameters for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), lead complex bug triaging, and validate that delivered system behaviors exactly match defined technical specs.
8. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the technical translator, effectively communicating complex architectural, data, and AI concepts to non-technical business units and vice versa.

Requirements
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a heavily quantitative field.
2. Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in a Technical Business Analyst or Systems Analyst role, preferably within a fast-paced Fintech, SaaS, or enterprise software environment.
3. Technical Architecture: Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful/SOAP APIs, enterprise integration patterns, and relational/non-relational databases.
4. Data Proficiency: High proficiency in SQL for data extraction and system analysis. Familiarity with data modeling and data warehousing concepts is highly advantageous.
5. Agile Tooling: Proven experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks using tools like Jira and Confluence to manage complex technical backlogs.
6. Core Skills: Exceptional analytical thinking, structural problem-solving, and precise technical writing capabilities.

Preferred Skills
1. AI/ML Familiarity: Practical understanding of machine learning lifecycles, NLP (Natural Language Processing) components, or generative AI models, and how they integrate into business applications.
2. Fintech Domain Knowledge: Prior experience working with large-scale CRM systems, receivables management platforms, workflow automation engines, or financial services software.
3. Cloud \& Security Ecosystems: Familiarity with cloud infrastructure components (e.g. AWS, Azure) and a solid grasp of data privacy, compliance, and security frameworks relevant to the financial sector.

Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
