8-Week Finance Immersion Internship

Our 8-Week Finance Immersion Internship is designed for undergraduates seeking meaningful exposure to the financial services industry beyond the classroom.

Through mentorship, fieldwork shadowing, and hands-on learning experiences, interns will gain exposure to financial planning, wealth management, business development, and professional communication in a real-world setting.

Interns will also have opportunities to gain insights into market outlooks, investment perspectives, and current economic trends through interactions with fund managers and industry professionals that we work alongside.

This is a selective internship experience intended for individuals who are curious, committed, and eager to grow both professionally and personally.

What You’ll Experience

• Shadowing of real client-facing and fieldwork activities
• Mentorship from experienced professionals
• Exposure to financial planning, wealth management, and business development
• Communication, networking, and presentation skill development
• Insights into how professionals build trust, relationships, and long-term value with clients

Interns will also gain exposure to:

• Market outlook discussions and investment perspectives
• Real-world conversations around current economic trends and opportunities
• Interactions with fund managers and industry professionals we work alongside
• Structured industry-recognized learning and certification pathways that provide a valuable head start within the financial services industry

You’ll be exposed to perspectives linked to firms such as JP Morgan, Eastspring Investments, and Allianz.

By the end of the 8 weeks, interns can expect to gain:

Selected interns may also be offered apprenticeship opportunities to further apply what they have learned through deeper real-world involvement and guided professional development.

We are looking for individuals who are:

• Local undergraduates currently on summer break
• Curious, driven, and growth-oriented
• Interested in finance, business, entrepreneurship, or self-development
• Comfortable stepping out of their comfort zone
• Committed, professional, and willing to learn

No prior finance background is required.
