We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer to join our Events team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating innovative 3D concepts, exhibition stands, event setups, stage designs, kiosks, and experiential environments that align with client requirements and brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative 3D concepts and visualizations for events, exhibitions, conferences, and brand activations.
- Create high-quality 3D renders, walkthroughs, and presentation materials for client proposals.
- Design exhibition stands, stage setups, booths, kiosks, retail displays, and event environments.
- Interpret client briefs and translate them into visually appealing and functional designs.
- Prepare detailed production drawings, technical layouts, and fabrication-ready files.
- Coordinate with the production, operations, and project management teams to ensure design feasibility and execution.
- Modify and improve designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
- Conduct site visits and take measurements when required.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and innovative event design techniques.
- Ensure all designs comply with venue regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in event, exhibition, or experiential design.
- Proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, V-Ray, Lumion, Blender, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of event production, exhibition structures, and fabrication processes.
- Excellent visualization, creativity, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in exhibition stand design and event production.
- Knowledge of AI-assisted design tools and rendering software.
- Ability to create animated walkthroughs and immersive presentations.
- Familiarity with UAE event venues and exhibition regulations.
