As Industry Services Manager, you will lead and transform the 3DS Industry Services organization in Turkey and Central Asia. You will be fully accountable for Services business performance and delivery excellence across the full 3DS software portfolio (3DEXPERIENCE and brand solutions). In addition to leading the Services team, you will act as the country focal point for all strategic and ongoing programs, ensuring strong governance, financial control, and customer satisfaction.
Role \& Responsibilities
- Own and execute the Services business strategy, driving revenue growth, profitability, margin improvement, and operational excellence across all industries and solution domains
- Manage business performance by ensuring financial visibility, accurate forecasting, pipeline development, capacity planning, and compliance with 3DS governance processes
- Lead, coach, and develop the Industry Services team, building capabilities through talent development, hiring, training, certification, and mentoring initiatives
- Ensure the right competencies and delivery capabilities are aligned with customer needs, strategic accounts, and business priorities.
- Act as Country Focal Point for strategic and critical programs, ensuring effective governance, execution discipline, risk management, and successful delivery in terms of quality, timeline, budget, and business value
- Promote the adoption of 3DS Value Engagement methodologies and delivery frameworks to ensure consistent, high-value customer outcomes.
- Develop and scale the Services partner ecosystem, establishing effective collaboration models and governance to support delivery excellence.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and key stakeholders to shape strategic opportunities, define delivery approaches, and support complex customer transformation initiatives
- Build strong executive relationships with customers, positioning Services as a trusted advisor in their digital transformation journey.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing enterprise solution programs in industrial or manufacturing environments
- 5–10 years of experience in Consulting / Services organizations, with leadership responsibilities
- Solid financial acumen (P\&L management, margin control, forecasting)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT or related field
- PMP or PgMP certification is a strong plus
- Experience leading multicultural and distributed teams
- Excellent communication skills in Turkish and English (mandatory).
