Key Responsibilities - Project Management
- Manage multiple Zoho implementation projects simultaneously.
- Prepare project plans, milestones, timelines, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct kickoff meetings and weekly progress meetings.
- Monitor project risks and dependencies.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Manage project documentation and reports.
Requirement Gathering
- Conduct workshops with clients.
- Understand business processes.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
- Perform Fit-Gap Analysis.
- Create Solution Design Documents.
- Translate business requirements into technical tasks.

Required Skills
- Zoho Certified Professional (preferred).
- 3+ years managing Zoho implementation projects.
- Excellent understanding of business processes.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, Finance, HR, Inventory, and Workflow Automation.
- Experience with APIs and third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of Deluge scripting is an advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Experience using Zoho Projects.
- Experience with Agile methodology.
Preferred Qualifications
- Zoho Certifications.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile Certification (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

- 95% of projects delivered on time.

- UAT approval within planned timelines.
- Less than 5% post Go Live critical issues.

This role is ideal for someone who can own the entire Zoho implementation lifecycle, from requirement gathering and solution design to configuration, testing, deployment, training, and post implementation support, while coordinating all stakeholders involved.
Pay: BD250.000 - BD300.000 per month
