YouTube Content Creator & Video Editor

YOUTUBE CONTENT CREATOR \& VIDEO EDITOR

Tony's Tacos is looking for a creative and motivated YouTube Content Creator \& Video Editor to help build our brand through engaging video content. This role will be responsible for filming, editing, and publishing content across YouTube and social media platforms while helping grow our online presence.

Responsibilities

• Film content at Tony's Tacos locations, events, and behind-the-scenes operations.
• Edit long-form YouTube videos and short-form content for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok.
• Create engaging thumbnails and assist with video titles and descriptions.
• Manage the upload and publishing process for YouTube content.
• Work closely with leadership to develop content ideas and storytelling strategies.
• Identify trends and opportunities to increase engagement and channel growth.
• Maintain a consistent content schedule.
• Organize and manage video files and content assets.
• Monitor video performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience editing YouTube videos.
• Strong understanding of YouTube best practices, audience retention, and channel growth.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar editing software.
• Experience creating YouTube thumbnails.
• Strong attention to detail and storytelling ability.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Photography and videography experience is a plus.
• Experience managing YouTube channels is preferred.

Requirements

• Must provide examples of YouTube videos or channels you have edited or managed.
• Must be comfortable filming in restaurant environments.
• Must have reliable transportation if filming on location.

Compensation

Compensation will be based on experience and whether the position is part-time, full-time, or freelance/contract.

Pay: $25.06 - $50.00 per hour
