The Ride Room is looking for passionate, knowledgeable, and inspiring Yoga Instructors to join our growing boutique fitness community in Toledo, Ohio!

We are creating more than a fitness studio. We are building a space where movement, mindfulness, and community come together. Our goal is to provide an elevated fitness experience that allows clients to challenge themselves physically, reconnect mentally, and leave feeling refreshed, empowered, and inspired.

We’re looking for instructors who can create a welcoming atmosphere, guide meaningful yoga experiences, and help clients of all experience levels feel comfortable on their mats.

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Yoga Instructor at The Ride Room, you will lead engaging and thoughtfully designed yoga classes that promote flexibility, strength, balance, mindfulness, and relaxation.

The ideal candidate is confident leading group classes, knowledgeable about proper alignment and modifications, and passionate about creating an experience that supports both physical and mental well-being.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead safe, engaging, and thoughtfully structured yoga classes.
• Guide clients through yoga poses, breathing techniques, transitions, and mindfulness practices.
• Offer modifications and variations to accommodate different fitness levels and abilities.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all clients.
• Encourage participants to develop strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness.
• Arrive prepared and on time for all scheduled classes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting studio environment.
• Build relationships with clients and contribute to a strong sense of community.
• Represent The Ride Room’s commitment to exceptional service, wellness, and an elevated boutique fitness experience.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• A recognized yoga teacher certification, such as a 200-hour yoga teacher training certification.
• A genuine passion for yoga, mindfulness, and holistic wellness.
• Knowledge of yoga postures, alignment, breathing techniques, and safe movement practices.
• Strong communication and group instruction skills.
• An engaging, approachable, and professional teaching style.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
• Availability to teach scheduled classes, including mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience teaching group yoga classes.
• Familiarity with styles such as Vinyasa, Hatha, Slow Flow, Restorative Yoga, or Yin Yoga.
• Experience working in a boutique fitness or wellness studio.
• The ability to create unique class experiences that encourage clients to return.
