About Us

Jordan and Brooke are seeking passionate and knowledgeable online tutors to provide personalised learning support in Science across Year 11-12 VCE grade levels. This role involves teaching senior school students in a supportive online environment. We strive to create a nurturing and academically strong learning experience that empowers students to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective online tutoring Science for students in Year 11-12.
• Assess student learning needs, track progress, and provide constructive feedback.
• Adjust teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Collaborate with the academic coordination team to design and implement tailored online learning resources.
• Stay updated with curriculum standards and best teaching practices to ensure high-quality instruction.

Key Criteria

• Familiarity with the Australian Curriculum is highly advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and create a positive online learning environment.
• A genuine passion for education and a commitment to student success.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Education or a related discipline (specialisation Science is highly desirable).
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and adapt lessons according to student ability levels.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
