Your Job The Worldwide Account Manage role is responsible for leading business growth and strategic engagement with in the respective account in the AI Datacom market. This role requires close alignment with Molex business units to drive opportunity identification, resource investment, and opportunity wins. The role also leads a sales team, focusing on talent development, and fostering a PBM culture of vision, virtue and talent, knowledge, comparative advantage and motivation.

What You Will Do
Business Growth Strategy
Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with Molex BU roadmaps and priorities.
Identify new business opportunities and lead strategic initiatives to secure design wins and expand market share.
Customer Engagement \& Relationship Management
Build and maintain all-level (vertical) relationships with in respective account .
Ensure Molex solutions are positioned effectively to meet customer needs in AI Datacom applications.
Cross-Functional Alignment
Collaborate with product management, engineering, and global account teams to ensure strategic alignment and execution.
Influence internal investment decisions based on market trends and customer feedback.
People Leadership \& Talent Development
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, fostering a PBM culture.
Drive talent development, motivation, and self-actualization through coaching, mentoring, and individual development plan.
Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across the team.
Operational Excellence
Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, and business planning.
Ensure timely execution of RFQs and pricing strategies
