Job Requirements

Job Responsibility:

• Distribute work to workshop technicians based on job cards and ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Manage and monitor workshop staff's work utilization, efficiency, and productivity.
• Monitor workshop technician's efficiency and record key performance indicators.
• Process and print repair invoices after necessary confirmations.
• Coordinate with other departments such as cashier, credit dept, and warranty for repair processes.
• Coordinate with Quality check section for final vehicle checks before release.
• Monitor workflow and make necessary adjustments.
• Record and analyze timekeeping on job cards.
• Maintain cleanliness in the workshop surroundings.

Qualifications :

• Preferably a Saudi national
• Diploma or high college certificate in the relevant field
• Good command of English and Arabic languages
• Minimum of three years of work experience in a similar role
• Ability to work under pressure
