Workforce Planning and Reporting Senior Officer

Your Main Activities Are

• Maintain headcount information and ensure data quality within SPEAR tool (the system where all movements to and within BNP Paribas are recorded)
• Integrate data from other internal tools data with SPEAR
• Manage user access rights and provide day‑to‑day support to SPEAR users
• Oversee data collection and analysis for the Graduate programme
• Design and deliver dashboards and ad‑hoc reports for stakeholders

• Coordinate with Group HR and Finance to verify and reconcile headcount figures Profile and Skills to Success

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Management

• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly with Excel
• Analytical ability and critical thinking
• Good organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities
• Strong team spirit, with the ability to work with different stakeholders
