We are looking for a motivated Workday \& HR Operations Specialist (m/f/d) to join our international HR team in London, Augsburg or Frankfurt/Main.

In this role, Workday operations and HR service delivery are at the core of your responsibilities. You will ensure the smooth execution of HR processes across the employee lifecycle while acting as a key interface between employees, HR, IT, and our external Workday service provider.

Your focus will be on operational excellence, execution, and high-quality service delivery, supported by a strong understanding of HR systems and processes.

This position is ideal for someone who has already built a solid foundation in HRIS support and is now ready to take ownership of Workday-related operations, drive service quality, and continuously improve HR execution in an international environment.

This role can also be filled on a part-time basis (approx. 30 hours/week or more).

Your Responsibilities

Workday \& HRIS Support (Core Focus)

  • Provide 1st and 2nd level support for Workday users across multiple countries and entities; manage and resolve tickets in collaboration with internal teams and the external AMS provider, acting as primary interface for escalations
  • Maintain and update Workday data to ensure high data quality, payroll readiness and reliable reporting; monitor and improve data accuracy through regular validation
  • Support system configuration (e.g. security roles, business processes, reporting) and manage changes in line with global standards, including testing, documentation and approvals
  • Coordinate Workday releases, testing cycles and validation activities; support user training, onboarding and adoption of new functionalities
  • Contribute to system enhancements and optimisation projects, focusing on scalability and operational efficiency; challenge requirements to ensure standardisation
  • Maintain and improve process documentation, knowledge base articles and user guidance

HR Operations \& Employee Lifecycle

  • Execute and support HR operations across the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, changes, leave of absence)
  • Support HR administration processes (contracts, certificates, employee documentation) and ensure accurate, complete digital personnel files and workflows
  • Act as first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related queries

Process Improvement \& Continuous Optimisation

  • Identify and drive opportunities to streamline HR processes with a focus on execution, scalability and service quality
  • Support the implementation of process improvements and Workday enhancements
  • Contribute to continuous improvement through KPIs, feedback and best practices
  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Centres of Excellence, IT and Compliance

Your Profile

  • 2–5 years of experience in HRIS support and HR Operations
  • Strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM (support or analyst role), including security, business processes, reporting and tenant management
  • Good understanding of core HR processes, employee lifecycle and HR data management
  • Experience in international HR environments (multi-country setup) is a plus
  • Structured, detail-oriented and reliable working style with a strong execution and service mindset
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across HR, IT and external providers
  • Fluent English required; German is a plus

What We Offer

  • A strategically important role with direct impact on the future readiness of our HR organization and significant scope for shaping and improving HR
  • Flexible working model: hybrid set‑up with an average of two mobile working days per week*
  • Individual development: extensive training and development opportunities via the PATRIZIA Academy
  • International and inclusive environment: a respectful and equal‑opportunity workplace in an international company, actively supported by our ED\&I Council
