Welder/Fabricator

We are currently looking for experienced sheet metal worker / welder fabricator with good site experience to join us in our workshop at ME13 9EJ Faversham, Kent.

Typical projects include, stainless \& mild steel pipework, staircases, balustrades and general fabrication. We specialise in non-ferrous as well as ferrous fabrication, crossing a wide range of sectors from food processing, power generation, agricultural, construction, industrial and marine. Work for a company where the work is varied, interesting \& completed to a high standard.

Preferred experience:

• TIG/MIG stainless steel \& aluminium must be experienced
• Comfortable working on site, able to measure up, fabricate \& fit.
• Pipe welding / fitting
• Able to read drawings
• Competent on a brake press
• Historical experience welding to a coded standard such as BS 9606 or similar is an advantage

The right candidate will have comprehensive experience with workshop \& site based working practices: construction / general industrial / marine

Have own driving license, able to work well within a team \& as instructed.

50 Hours per week 7am-5pm with optional overtime.
