Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Web Product Manager to oversee the planning, development, and improvement of digital web products. The ideal candidate will manage product strategies, coordinate with design and development teams, analyze user needs, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality web solutions that meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for web platforms.
• Coordinate with developers, UI/UX designers, marketing teams, and stakeholders.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from concept development to launch and optimization.
• Gather and analyze customer requirements, feedback, and market trends.
• Prioritize product features, improvements, and development tasks.
• Create product documentation, specifications, and project plans.
• Monitor website performance, user experience, and business metrics.
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure web products are user-friendly, scalable, and aligned with company objectives.
• Track project progress and resolve issues affecting product delivery.

Qualifications \& Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Web Product Manager, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, software development processes, and digital products.
• Experience managing product roadmaps and Agile/Scrum workflows.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and user-centered design.
• Ability to analyze data and use insights to improve product performance.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with e-commerce platforms, SaaS products, or web applications.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and product management tools.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, APIs, and web development workflows is an advantage.

Pay: Up to BD955.680 per month

Work Location: In person
