Role and impact:
As a Website Insights Specialist within the Digital unit of Global Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in transforming data from topsoe.com and related digital touchpoints – e.g. including paid media, online adverts, podcasts, and video - into actionable insights that drive decision-making, enhance website performance, and elevate the digital user experience. Your main responsibilities will include:
You will collaborate closely with digital marketing, content writers, business stakeholders, and the Global Communications \& Marketing leadership team, supporting our ambition to build strong user understanding, foster experimentation, and strengthen market and trend intelligence.
What you will bring:
You bring hands-on experience in website analytics, performance monitoring, and web insights, ideally from a B2B company, digital agency, or content-driven organization.
You are comfortable working with website data and performance metrics, and you excel at translating complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations for non-specialists and business stakeholders. Proficiency with tools such as Matomo (our primary web analytics platform, Matomo and GA4 are highly similar in their core capabilities), Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Power BI, HubSpot reporting, and CookieBot or similar is highly relevant. A solid understanding of website analytics, digital marketing, business, and analytics is expected, and experience or interest in integrations (e.g., Make.com) is a plus.
You communicate clearly, work in a structured and reliable manner, and are curious about user behavior, content performance, search engine optimization (SEO), user journeys, and campaign results. Your analytical mindset, stakeholder communication skills, and drive for continuous improvement will help shape our growing website insights discipline.

Your new team:
You will become part of a close-knit and ambitious team of six dedicated colleagues, including web, digital, and campaign specialists, all working together to strengthen our digital presence and marketing efforts. While this position is anchored in Krakow as part of our new Polish office, you will work closely with the rest of the team based at our headquarters in Denmark (Lyngby). To give you the best possible start, some of your onboarding will take place in Headquarters, where you will get the chance to meet your colleagues in person and build strong relationships from day one. In our daily work, we collaborate closely online across locations, sharing knowledge, supporting each other, and creating an inclusive and positive team atmosphere where there is room for both professionalism and fun.
