ROLE
The Web Content Executive will support the ongoing management of website content and digital pages.
You will be responsible for preparing, updating and publishing web content, checking page quality and helping keep website information accurate and relevant.
The position combines writing with practical website administration, making it suitable for someone who is comfortable working with both content and digital tools.
KEY AREAS01 / Web publishing
- Create, edit and publish website pages and content through the relevant CMS.
- Update existing pages when information, campaigns or business requirements change.
- Upload and arrange text, images, links and other page elements.
- Check published pages to ensure content displays correctly.
02 / Content quality
- Review website copy for grammar, clarity, accuracy and consistency.
- Check links, headings, images, formatting and other page details.
- Identify outdated or incomplete information and arrange the necessary updates.
- Maintain consistency in website terminology and content presentation.
03 / SEO support
- Apply basic SEO principles when creating and updating web pages.
- Assist with keyword research and content optimisation.
- Review page titles, headings, meta descriptions and internal links.
- Support simple SEO content updates based on search opportunities and performance.
04 / Content coordination
- Work with marketing, design and other team members on website content requirements.
- Gather information needed for new pages and updates.
- Coordinate images, graphics and supporting materials.
- Keep track of content requests, revisions and publishing deadlines.
05 / Website improvement
- Review website pages and identify opportunities to improve content structure and usability.
- Monitor basic traffic and content performance information.
- Assist with content audits and website clean-up projects.
- Support updates that improve the overall quality and usefulness of website content.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Media, English or a related discipline.
- Around 1–3 years of experience in web content, digital marketing, copywriting or website administration.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Strong attention to grammar, spelling and content accuracy.
- Comfortable working with CMS platforms.
- Basic understanding of SEO and website content optimisation.
- Able to work with spreadsheets, documents and standard digital productivity tools.
- Organised and able to manage multiple content requests and deadlines.
HELPFUL EXPERIENCE
The following would be useful:
- WordPress, Shopify or another CMS
- Google Analytics / GA4
- Google Search Console
- Basic HTML or web formatting
- Canva or similar design tools
- Keyword research and SEO tools
- Experience managing websites with multiple pages or content categories
These are not all mandatory. Relevant practical experience will also be considered.
THE WORKING APPROACH
Accuracy is important in this position.
A small content error, incorrect link or outdated piece of information can affect the quality of a website. You should therefore be comfortable checking details carefully and taking responsibility for updates from preparation through publication.
You should also be willing to learn new CMS platforms, tools and internal processes as required.

Pay: $3,100.00 - $3,900.00 per month
