Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, alert, and dedicated Outdoor Watchman to secure and monitor our outdoor premises, facility grounds, and perimeter areas. The ideal candidate will maintain a physical presence outdoors, deter unauthorized access, monitor site safety, and ensure property and assets remain protected at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perimeter Patrols: Conduct regular foot patrols around the exterior grounds, perimeter fences, access gates, parking areas, and material storage yards.
- Access Control: Monitor visitor, contractor, and vehicle entry and exit points; verify IDs and maintain logbooks for incoming and outgoing vehicles/deliveries.
- Surveillance \& Deterrence: Maintain high visibility to prevent trespassing, vandalism, theft, or unauthorized activities on site.
- Safety \& Hazard Inspection: Inspect outdoor perimeter lighting, security gates, fences, and emergency access paths; promptly report maintenance issues or safety hazards.
- Incident Reporting: Report any suspicious activity, security breaches, or emergencies immediately to supervisors and complete daily shift/incident logs.
- Emergency Response: Assist in emergency situations (fire, medical, or security alerts) by guiding emergency personnel to site locations and directing crowd control if necessary.
Requirements \& Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Watchman, Security Guard, or Site Caretaker (outdoor/field experience preferred).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and patrol outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions.
- Observational Skills: High attention to detail with an alert and proactive mindset.
- Communication: Functional proficiency in basic English (spoken and written) for logbook entries and radio/phone communication. Hindi/Urdu/Arabic is a plus.
- Reliability: Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and trustworthiness.
Pay: AED1,100.00 - AED1,200.00 per month
