WAREHOUSE & SHIPPING MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
• Ensure accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks
• Lead and supervise warehouse assistants and operators
• Plan and optimize warehouse layout for efficient workflow
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Logistics to ensure smooth operations
• Implement and uphold safety procedures, 5S, and SOP compliance
• Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly warehouse reports

Requirements:

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of warehouse experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experienced with WMS/ERP systems
• Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO, inventory control, and warehouse best practices
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
