Warehouse Operator Day Shift ( Forklift Experience)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performs a variety of operating and production line assembly duties such as material picking, Kit assembly, cleaning, inspecting, testing, labelling, packaging to build Medical test kits and process products to meet high quality specifications following prescribed procedures. Working from documented instructions.

• Assist shipping and receiving materials
• Prepares work to be for kit assembly by following assembly work instructions, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassembly materials.
• Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area
• Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Documents actions and participates in the daily cell meeting is required in solving problems and making recommendations.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Wear the proper PPE equipment
• Works under general supervision

ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Leaving Cert or higher education
• Forklift Experience Essential ( Reach, Counter balance, Side Stacker)
• 2 years previous warehouse experience preferred in Life science environment
• Good communication, organizational, time management
• Dependable and Reliable
• Quality focused, good dexterity skills
• Knowledge of Quality Systems , ISO13485:2016
