Summary:

The Warehouse Manager at our Brisbane Distribution Centre will oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and effective management of inventory, staff, and logistics. This role is crucial for maintaining the flow of goods within our manufacturing and production processes, contributing to the overall success of the business. Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to safety standards.
• Implement and maintain inventory control systems to optimise stock levels and reduce waste.
• Coordinate logistics and transportation to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Develop and enforce warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to support production schedules and customer requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role within the manufacturing and production industry.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
• Proficient in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
