Warehouse Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and a safe, organized working environment. The ideal candidate will lead warehouse staff and optimize operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and staff.
• Manage inventory accuracy, stock levels, and storage organization.
• Coordinate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
• Monitor warehouse performance and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
• Schedule and supervise warehouse personnel.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate warehouse records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in warehouse management or logistics.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: BD1,300.000 per month
