Warehouse & Leasing Manager/Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Warehouse \& Leasing Manager/Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations while driving warehouse leasing and business development activities. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent operational, inventory, and customer relationship management skills. The role oversees warehouse operations, inventory, staff management, and warehouse leasing to maximize occupancy and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure accurate inventory control and stock management.
• Lead, supervise, and develop warehouse staff.
• Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
• Promote and lease available warehouse spaces.
• Handle tenant enquiries, conduct warehouse viewings, and negotiate lease agreements.
• Build and maintain good relationships with tenants.
• Prepare operational and leasing reports and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Property Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in warehouse management, logistics, or property leasing.
• Experience in warehouse leasing or industrial property management is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
