Essential Functions:
- Check, put away, and receipt in system for each material received in the warehouse.
- Assist the supervisor to inspect and identify received stock and enters requisition data in Tornatech’s ERP system.
- Provide direct production with necessary components and support on time to meet request and achieve desired outcome.
- Coordinates the inventory of components, hardware, and packaging equipment to ensure a continuous production flow, reports low inventory to the Stock Supervisor in a timely manner.
- Ensure timely and accurate packaging of finished products.
- Load finished product to 3PL, Courier and customers with proper identification and with little or no error in shipping process.
- Handles with the supervisor NCR procedure for non-conforming received stock.
- Assist the Stock Supervisor to inspect parts returned from customers and coordinates with the after-sales department regarding solutions.
- Ensures proper labeling, tagging, and storage of materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Follows FIFO (First-In, First-Out) procedures to minimize material obsolescence and waste.
- Maintains cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse at all times.
- Operates warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) in compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct annual physical inventory and audit preparation activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and health \& safety regulations.
- Reports damaged goods, discrepancies, or system variances promptly to the Supervisor.
- Optimizes storage space utilization and recommends improvements to warehouse layout if needed.
- Coordinates with procurement team to track incoming deliveries.
- May undertake some of the supervisor’s tasks if the supervisor is absent.
- Executes any other task required by the Stock Supervisor, Production Supervisors, or Operations Manager.
Internal Relations:
The employee reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and works in collaboration with members of his department.

Job Specifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Have a diploma or certification in Warehouse Operations, Logistics, Inventory Management, or a related field.
- Good communication skills verbal and non-verbal.
- Is dexterous.
- Is computer literate; the knowledge of ERP is an asset.
- Is cooperative with colleagues and supervisors.
- Can work under minimal supervision.
- Is meticulous.
- Has good judgment.
- Is independent and reliable.
Working Conditions:
Work is performed in a warehouse environment. The employee spends the majority of their time in the warehouse, depending on their assigned duties. The normal workweek consists of 48 hours.
