Job Overview

We are looking for friendly, professional, and customer-focused Waiters/Waitresses and Cashiers to join our Restaurant \& Shisha Lounge team.

The ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide outstanding service in a busy restaurant and lounge environment.

Responsibilities

Waiter/Waitress:

• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food, beverage, and shisha orders accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the guest's visit.
• Serve food, beverages, and shisha orders promptly and professionally.
• Explain menu items and make recommendations when requested.
• Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and shisha team to ensure smooth service.
• Handle guest requests and resolve complaints professionally.
• Follow restaurant hygiene, safety, and service standards.
• Assist with opening and closing duties when required.

Cashier:

• Greet customers and handle payments accurately.
• Process cash, card, and other approved payment methods.
• Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Handle cash responsibly and ensure the cash register is balanced.
• Assist customers with billing and payment-related inquiries.
• Coordinate with waitstaff and management regarding orders and bills.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.
• Follow company procedures for discounts, refunds, and promotions.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant, café, lounge, or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and positive personality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player with a strong work ethic.
• Shisha lounge or restaurant experience is an advantage.
