Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Arabic National Waiter to join our restaurant team. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Present menus, explain menu items, and assist guests with their selections.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the Kitchen/Bar.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and according to restaurant standards.
- Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and ready for guests.
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and respond to requests promptly.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and refer issues to the Restaurant Manager when required.
- Coordinate closely with the Kitchen, Cashier, and other FOH team members.
- Maintain proper hygiene, grooming, and personal appearance at all times.
- Follow restaurant service standards, food safety, and hygiene procedures.
- Assist with clearing and resetting tables during service.
- Support the team during busy periods and special events.
- Ensure proper handling of crockery, cutlery, glassware, and restaurant equipment.
- Promote menu items, special offers, and additional products when appropriate.
- Perform opening, closing, and other assigned restaurant duties.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
Requirements
- Arabic National – Required
- Minimum of 0–2 years of experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Knowledge of Arabic cuisine and hospitality is an advantage.
- Additional language skills, particularly English, will be an advantage.
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
