Job Summary

Vivido Lev is seeking a creative and experienced Visual Effects Supervisor to lead the visual effects process from concept development through final delivery. The ideal candidate will combine strong artistic judgment with technical expertise and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise visual effects production from planning to final output.
• Lead and coordinate VFX artists, designers, animators, and compositors.
• Develop visual concepts and ensure they meet project requirements.
• Work closely with directors, producers, designers, and other creative teams.
• Review VFX work and provide clear creative and technical feedback.
• Manage project timelines, priorities, and production workflows.
• Ensure visual effects maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
• Troubleshoot technical and creative challenges during production.
• Monitor project resources and help manage VFX production budgets.
• Stay updated with current VFX techniques, software, and industry trends.
• Coordinate with external vendors or freelancers when required.
• Ensure final visual effects are delivered according to project specifications and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Effects, Animation, Film, Multimedia, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in visual effects production or a similar creative role.
• Strong knowledge of VFX workflows, compositing, animation, and post-production.
• Experience leading or supervising creative production teams.
• Proficiency with industry-standard VFX and post-production software.
• Strong understanding of color, lighting, composition, motion, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual effects work.

• Creative problem-solving and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to translate creative ideas into practical visual solutions.
• Experience working with production teams and external VFX vendors.
• Ability to balance artistic quality with deadlines and budgets.
