Role Overview
We are seeking an innovative Visual Design Specialist to transform complex concepts into visually stunning brand assets across digital and print channels. You will lead layout creation, conceptual design, and visual styling, collaborating closely with marketing, creative, and production teams to deliver cohesive, high-converting design systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce visual assets across digital channels (social media graphics, digital ad creatives, website UI elements, email templates) and print collateral (brand books, packaging, marketing materials).
- Establish and maintain brand guidelines, visual style keys, and typography standards to ensure aesthetic consistency across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with marketing strategists, copywriters, and content teams to translate project briefs into compelling graphic concepts.
- Prepare, audit, and optimize design files for digital deployment and commercial print production, ensuring strict quality control.
- Conduct visual design QA across digital assets and interactive platforms to ensure technical accuracy and responsive visual fidelity.
- Stay current with visual trends, design software tools, and emerging brand aesthetics to keep visual assets fresh and competitive.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related creative field.
- 3+ years of experience as a visual designer, graphic designer, or brand specialist in an agency or corporate creative environment.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and modern UI/design tools (Figma).
- Strong digital portfolio demonstrating mastery of layout composition, color theory, typography, and multi-channel brand design.
- Solid understanding of digital asset optimization, pre-press production standards, and visual design principles.
- Excellent communication, time management, and collaborative problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
