Visual Design Professional *

Join our innovative team as a Designer, where you'll play a key role in shaping Zumub's brand identity through your creative expertise.

ROLE:

We are looking for a Multi-Disciplinary Designer to join our creative team. You need to be someone with the technical depth and conceptual agility to seamlessly move between physical and digital spaces, static and animated media, delivering high-quality work from concept to final execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Brand Identity \& Consistency: Develop and maintain the brand’s visual identity, ensuring full consistency and evolution across all channels and touchpoints.
Digital \& Performance Design: Create visually engaging assets for social media, newsletters, website banners and landing pages.
Physical \& Merchandise Design: Design print-ready solutions for packaging, apparel and merchandising.
Motion \& 3D Visuals: Produce motion graphics and 3D visualizations/renders of products.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on, multi-disciplinary design experience (agency or in-house);
Versatile Portfolio (Mandatory): Your portfolio must showcase experience across print/packaging, digital design, motion graphics and 3D visual assets;
Tools:
Advanced knowledge of core Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign);
Intermediate knowledge in After Effects (or Premiere Pro) for motion design and video editing;
Hands-on experience with 3D software (Blender, Adobe Dimension/Substance) for product rendering/modeling and mockups;
Languages: Full professional fluency in both Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
Profile: Strong ownership, high technical adaptability and keen attention to detail.
