We’re hiring a Videographer \& Video Editor who thrives in fast-moving, real-world production environments. Your core projects will involve event coverage, corporate video production, and short-form reels, including interviews and talking heads.
Most of your work happens on location, supported by a structured internal team. Our editors, producers, and post-production systems are here to help — you’ll never be left to figure things out alone, and you won’t need to bring your own gear.
What You’ll Be Doing
Videography and Production
- Cover live events, internal campaigns, and product or brand launches
- Film interviews and talking head content with clean audio and strong visuals
- Shoot short-form reels and branded content for digital platforms
- Occasionally support photography if skilled (a plus, not a requirement)
Editing and Post-Production
- Edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent software
- Add music, transitions, sound design, and text overlays as needed
- Perform basic colour correction and prepare final versions
- Collaborate with in-house editors and producers for timely reviews
Workflow and Support
- Use Firefly’s systems for project storage, backups, and final delivery
- Maintain organised file management and consistent naming conventions
- Update your project calendar and dashboard to keep the team aligned
- Access shared-use cameras, lighting gear, editing tools, and studio space
- Work as part of a crew — with clear support across prep, shoot, and post
Why Join Us
- Build a strong portfolio across events, corporate campaigns, and high-impact reels
- Work with national brands and real audiences — not just internal stakeholders
- Be supported by editors, producers, and structured workflows
- Use studio-grade equipment, editing setups, and shared infrastructure
- Receive structured training through SkillsFuture-supported courses
- Be recognised through PraisePal, our peer reward system
- Protected under SMMWU union membership and certified Progressive Wage standards
Who We’re Looking For

- Confident in camera work, lighting/audio setups, and field production

- Comfortable with on-location work and flexible timing
- Clear communicator with good time management
- Bonus if you have photography or motion graphics experience
Work Schedule
