Videographer & Video Editor

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled

Videographer \& Video Editor

to manage our video production pipeline from end-to-end. Beyond technical shooting and editing skills, a major plus point for this role is the ability to storyboard video concepts and conduct deep, insightful interviews with business owners asking the right questions to uncover compelling, untold stories.

Key Responsibilities:

Filming \& Production:

Manage camera setups, lighting, audio recording, and lead on-location or studio video shoots.

Post-Production:

Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos complete with color grading, sound design, transitions, and motion graphics.

Storyboarding \& Conceptualization:

Develop original video concepts, draft scripts, and build detailed storyboards before production begins.

In-Depth Interviewing:

Conduct structured and exploratory interviews with business owners, using strategic questioning to unearth unique, authentic narrative arcs.

Asset \& Equipment Management:

Maintain production schedules, manage camera gear, and organize project archives.

Requirements:

Proven track record as a Videographer and Video Editor with an active portfolio or showreel.

Hands-on experience operating camera, lighting, and audio equipment.

Proficiency in professional editing suites (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro) and basic motion graphics (After Effects).

Strong storytelling sense with a good eye for framing, pacing, and visual style.

Strategic Interviewing:

Demonstrated ability to interview founders and business owners, asking probing, non-surface-level questions that bring out genuine, untold stories.

Storyboard Creation:

Ability to translate abstract business concepts into visual storyboards and narrative structures.
