Videographer & Editor
Job Description

We're a small, ambitious video production company based in Milton Keynes, working with clients across the UK, Europe, and beyond. We're looking for an all-round Videographer \& Editor to join our team on an immediate start - someone equally happy behind the camera on a shoot as they are behind the desk cutting the finished piece.

About the role
This is a genuine mixed role, not an editing job with occasional filming bolted on. One day you might be operating camera, setting lighting, or recording audio on location with a client; the next you're editing that same footage into the final deliverable. You'll be involved across the whole production process - planning, shooting, and post - on corporate, marketing, and brand video projects for clients across multiple industries.

What we're looking for

  • Solid camera operating skills (framing, exposure, movement)
  • Working knowledge of lighting setups for interviews/talking heads and general shoots
  • Location audio recording experience (mics, recorders, monitoring for clean sound)
  • Editing skills (Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve or similar) to carry projects through to finish
  • Comfortable travelling to shoots across the UK and occasionally Europe
  • A flexible, problem-solving attitude - happy to turn your hand to whatever the production needs on the day
  • Based near or able to commute to Milton Keynes

What you'll get

  • Full-time role, immediate start
  • Varied, international client work
  • A small team where you'll have real ownership over projects start to finish
  • Broad hands-on experience across production and post, not siloed into one lane

If you'd rather be a true all-rounder than specialise in just one part of the process, we'd love to hear from you.

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
